Strips of organic Scottish beef in a mushroom, cream and brandy sauce Basmati Rice, Caramelised carrots

Cheese:
"Cuddy's Cave" and "Dunsyre Blue" served with Pittlenween oatcakes

Desert:
Lemon Souffle Pudding

Homemade Sweets

Evening meals
Supper and Dinner are served when a reservation is made. As with Breakfast the same care and attention with ingredients and preparation is provided to produce a delicious balanced meal.
