Eggs Allbury. Our version of the classic dish, English crumpet, barbied bacon, poached egg and hollandaise sauce
choices of grilled bacon, pork sausages with sage, black pudding, grilled tomatoes, mushrooms. Eggs poached, scrambled or fried.
Fresh baked bread, toast, croissants
Leaf teas: English breakfast, Darjeeling, jasmine
Fresh ground coffee served in Cafetiere or 'Nespresso' options
In our opinion, breakfast is the most important meal of the day so we really go to town sourcing fresh local food from some of the many small producers around Edinburgh. We feel it is important to provide seasonal fruit and organic meat, eggs and fish which are complemented by some fabulous fresh breads.
